The Challenge
The client, prevailing wage contractor, was at risk of noncompliance due to improper wage classifications, manual reporting errors, and lack of documentation. They needed to align quickly with Davis-Bacon and state-level wage requirements to maintain contracts and avoid penalties.
The Solution
We performed a compliance audit and created an updated wage tracking and payroll submission process. We trained supervisors on proper labor coding, fringe benefit documentation, and timesheet approval procedures. The system was designed to be scalable and auditable.
