This 45-minute consultation is designed to assess and guide next steps for employee or leadership conflicts that may be impacting your workplace culture, productivity, or legal compliance. Whether you're facing a brewing issue or an active complaint, we help you prepare for a resolution-focused process that protects your business and people. You’ll receive: A confidential review of the situation Strategic guidance on next steps and documentation Mediation readiness tips or options for third-party involvement Consultation Fee: $125 – may be credited toward a full mediation engagement if initiated through Optimized HR Consulting. Note: This is not a mediation session but a preparation and advisory session for employers or HR leaders.
Cancellation Policy
By booking this service, you agree to the following terms: Payment & Credit Policy A $125 consultation fee is due at the time of booking. This session is designed for preparation and advisory purposes only. If you move forward with a full mediation engagement through Optimized HR Consulting, this fee may be credited toward the total mediation cost. Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance via the booking link or by contacting us directly. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to attend the session will result in forfeiture of the consultation fee. Service Clarification This is a pre-mediation consultation, not a formal mediation or conflict resolution session between parties. The purpose is to assess the situation, review documentation, and advise the employer or HR representative on potential next steps.
