I spent a decade as an HR manager in the U.S. Air Force, leading HR operations for military and civilian workforces around the world. Then I went corporate — including HRIS and compensation work at Siemens Gamesa during a 5,000-employee merger — and saw firsthand how good HR transforms a company.
In 2019, I founded Optimized HR Consulting with one belief: small businesses deserve the same caliber of HR as the big companies — without the full-time hire.
