Choose a one-time clarity call or dive deeper with a 3-session coaching package that includes resume, LinkedIn, and job search support tailored to your journey.
Cancellation Policy
All coaching sessions, workshops, consultations, and digital services are non-refundable once service has begun, materials have been delivered, or the client fails to attend a scheduled session. This includes live sessions and downloadable resources. Clients may reschedule up to two times with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. After two cancellations or no-shows, payment may be forfeited at the discretion of Optimized HR Consulting. No refunds will be issued for missed sessions or late cancellations. Merchandise (if applicable) may only be exchanged or refunded in cases of non-delivery, incorrect item, or damage upon arrival.
