Cancellation Policy
By booking this service, you agree to the following terms: Payment & Credit Policy A $75 consultation fee is required at the time of booking. This fee will be fully credited toward your final project cost if you choose to move forward with implementation services through Optimized HR Consulting. Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance using the booking link or by contacting us directly. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows are non-refundable and not eligible for credit. Project Pricing Implementation pricing is determined after your consultation based on system needs, business size, and project complexity. Most projects range from $350 to $1,000+. A personalized quote will be provided following your session.
