Job Summary:
The HR Consultant and Trainer will provide expert guidance to clients on HR strategies, policies, and best practices while designing and delivering impactful training programs. This role requires a blend of consulting expertise, training skills, and a deep understanding of HR functions to support organizational growth and employee development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess client HR needs and develop tailored solutions to address challenges.
- Provide expert advice on HR policies, compliance, and workforce planning.
- Design and deliver training programs on topics such as leadership, DEI&B, and employee engagement.
- Conduct HR audits and recommend improvements to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with clients to identify training needs and customize learning solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and e-learning sessions for diverse audiences.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and consulting projects.
- Stay updated on HR trends and incorporate best practices into consulting and training services.

Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
5+ years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on consulting or advisory services.
Expertise in HR functions such as compliance, talent management, training, and organizational development.
Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for assessing client needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build client relationships.
Proficiency in HR software and tools, as well as data-driven decision-making
Strong presentation and facilitation skills to engage diverse audiences.
Ability to create training materials using tools like PowerPoint, LMS platforms, or e-learning software.
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
Certifications (Preferred)
Certification in training or instructional design (e.g., CPTD, ATD) is a plus
Certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or SPHR is often preferred
