Job Summary:
The Marketing & Client Relations Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing branding strategies, managing client relationships, and driving engagement through marketing campaigns. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills to enhance Optimized HR Consulting’s visibility and impact.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement branding strategies to strengthen Optimized HR Consulting’s market presence.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity.
- Design and produce promotional materials, including brochures, social media content, and advertisements.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies.
- Manage the organization’s online presence, including website updates and social media platforms.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and engagement.
- Act as the first point of contact for potential and existing clients, addressing inquiries and fostering partnerships.

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 3-5+ years of experience in marketing, branding, or client relations roles.

  • Proven track record in developing and executing branding strategies and marketing campaigns.

  • Experience in client relationship management, ensuring high engagement and satisfaction.


Skills & Competencies

  • Expertise in brand strategy development, including market research and competitor analysis.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., SEO, social media platforms, email marketing software).

  • Strong creative and analytical skills to design campaigns and measure their effectiveness.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration and client engagement.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of CRM systems to track and enhance client interactions.


Certifications (Preferred)

  • Certifications in digital marketing or branding, such as Google Ads, HubSpot, or Hootsuite.

  • Specialized training in graphic design or content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
