Job Summary:
The Program Manager will oversee and coordinate multiple interrelated projects to ensure they align with organizational goals and deliver desired outcomes. This role requires strategic planning, leadership, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement program strategies, objectives, and plans.
- Coordinate and oversee multiple projects within the program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage program budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful program delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define program requirements and expectations.
- Monitor and evaluate program performance, providing regular updates to leadership.
- Lead and mentor project managers and team members to achieve program goals.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s Degree preferred)

  • Proven experience in program management, typically 5+ years.

  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams.

  • Experience with stakeholder management and strategic planning.


Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills to oversee complex programs.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

  • Analytical skills for budgeting, risk assessment, and performance tracking.

  • Ability to align projects with organizational goals and ensure timely delivery.


Certifications (Preferred)

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM).

  • Certifications in program management or related fields.
