Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor project managers and team members to achieve program goals.

Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s Degree preferred)
Proven experience in program management, typically 5+ years.
Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
Experience with stakeholder management and strategic planning.
Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and organizational skills to oversee complex programs.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
Analytical skills for budgeting, risk assessment, and performance tracking.
Ability to align projects with organizational goals and ensure timely delivery.
Certifications (Preferred)
Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
Certifications in program management or related fields.
